Launching a brand-new luxury residence in a crowded, competitive market means creating and sustaining interest over an extended timeline. I prepared a 10-month strategy to account for premarketing buzz, premiere sales, and final sellout, while leveraging seasonal elements and community participation to reach a variety of target buyer personas.
Website Development & Management
From SEO metadata and third-party API connections to content management and lead generation tools, and much, much more, running a functional website is a full-time job. My front-end development certification and my background in digital production and journalism allow me to manage the daily operations of custom web properties while producing high-quality content and creative features.
